New Tenders Open

TasRail recently released for tender two new works packages offered under the four year Tasmanian Freight Rail Revitalisation Program.

The current tenders are:

• Repainting and Repairs on the Clarendon Rail Bridge - closing date is 3pm 26 April 2016
• Longford Truss Bridge Strengthening ' closing date is 3 pm 14 April 2016

The Australian and Tasmanian Governments are co-investing a total of $119.6 million of Infrastructure Investment Funding in the Tasmanian Freight Rail Revitalisation Program that will see priority sections of the Operational Network upgraded over the four years to 30 June 2019.
