  As the railway infrastructure manager, TasRail requires all applications for third-party works within the Tasmanian Rail Network land boundaries—or on land adjacent to the rail corridor that may affect current or future railway operations—to undergo a formal review process. This ensures compliance with TasRail’s technical standards and safety protocols.

The TasRail Property Team is your first point of contact and will coordinate the assessment of your access proposal, providing feedback on its suitability.
